Canva is a tool loaded with enough easy-to-use features and functionality that anyone can create beautiful designs and documents.
When it comes to price, you can’t go wrong with Canva because it’s free! The only time you’ll need to pay is when you use one or more of the premium images that they sell for $1 per image.
MailChimp is a simple email marketing software (EMS) which gives you a number of easy options for designing, sending and saving templates of your emails.
MailChimp allows you to easily create newsletters of varying types and then provides simple options for sharing them on social networks.
If you have 2000 names or less MailChimp is free.
Dropbox is among the simplest cloud storage and file-syncing services. It gives you access to your files from nearly anywhere. You can install Dropbox on virtually any computer or mobile device you own, and dozens of other apps support integration with Dropbox, too.
A Dropbox Basic account is free and includes 2 GB of space. Dropbox Plus is a paid subscription that includes 1 TB of space and additional features. Dropbox Business is meant for organizations and groups. Pricing depends on the size of your team.
Store your files securely and use them from any device using Google Drive. You can also open and edit your files from any device.
You can upload files from your computer or create files in Google Drive. You can share files or folders, so other people can view, comment, or edit them.
You automatically get 15 GB of storage for free and you can buy more storage.
